Guys, my love for smoothies made me to compose this post, I love smoothies cause they are healthy, easy and fun to make, also because they help to maintain a good weight. I make it alot in my dorm, so i’ll tell you about it.
A smoothie is a drink made with a whole fruit, thus thicker than fruit juice. Smoothies are healthy for you while some are not (depending on their ingredients)
Smoothies are easy and fun to make, they are good substitutes for carbonated drinks and beverages and they are highly nutritious, smoothies are combinations of fruits, nuts, juice and spice blended till smooth, there are many ingredients to prepare a healthy smoothie.
To make a smoothie start by adding liquid to your blender the liquid may be:
- Coconut water
- Fruit juice
- Ice tea

Add fruit or vegetable it maybe:
- Berries(blueberry, blackberry, strawberry, raspberry)

Blend till smooth, while blending taste and add more if not ok, not all spices match together so pick according to your taste. Enjoy!
