Healthy habits every girl should possess.


Some habits are essential in the life  of every  girl because  healthy habits helps to mould a girl into a woman. Below is the list of such habits.

  • Start fresh every single day

  • Check your credit card statements, bank account and pay stubs regularly
  • Adapt a “meatless Monday” mentality
  • Put down your phone when you are out with people
  • Try the 2/30 rule; 2 hours TV, 30 minutes of exercise

  • Understand that exercise doesn’t have to be a time commitment
  • Cut down on sugar

  • Practice abstinence

  • Don’t overdo the booze

  • Don’t rely on pills if you can’t sleep
  • Drink at least 8 ounces of fluids daily

  • Optimize your fertility if you plan on kids
